Well thats the end of 2017 for TWP just want to say a massive thank you to everyone that has been involved with the garage and our very successful race team. I really could not make my dream and passion for motorbikes so good with out all off my customers and real friends/family members. Bit more racing news As we wont have a team at Thundersport GB for 2018 we have joined forces with up and coming newcomer and already podium finisher 26 year old swindon rider Andrew Batner. He will be running in the Golden Era supersport class where he made his debut ride in this class at the last round at Donington park . He has spend the last year racing a Honda CB500 at Thundersport GB achieving some fantastic results in his first year, including pole positions, race wins and a 4th place championship finish despite missing 4 full rounds of the championship, earning the nickname ‘Batman’ in the process by the Thundersport commentators. Back in September of this year, he obtained a 2000 Yamaha R6 with the intention of entering the final round of the 2017 season with Thundersport aiming for a Top 15 finish. He qualified top 6, and achieved 4 top 8 finishes, including a fantastic podium in race 3. For 2018, he intends on competing in the full Golden Era Supersport Championship with Thundersport GB with one goal, to be 2018 Golden Era Supersport Champion. This, with the right backing and support, is not an unreasonable expectation. He has 100% belief that with the right backing, he can make this a reality.
