I just wanted to post this to explain that if you have really fair brow hair you may still need the occasional tint and wax to really sharpen and define your brows, as the blondies will always stand out on top of the tattoo! Here my lovely client dye's her hair black, but as you can see in the top before pic her brows were very fair in comparison (they were eben thicker and fair in real life) the middele pic is FULLY HEALED brows, what a difference!
