Could we ask that members taking part in our Body Pump classes to please arrive to set up at least five minutes before the class starts. Class was distubed twice this morning by late arrivals, this not only is off putting for other class members but for your instructor as well. Please arrive in plenty of time to get your equipment out before the class starts. Thank you for your understanding.

We have had several complaints from members that not everyone is wiping down the equipment after use. Please could ALL members wipe down cardio equipment, weight machines and gym mats after every use. We provide anti bacterial spray and paper towel for use. This helps keep the machines hygienic and germ free for other members use. It also helps stop the spread of colds and bugs. Thank you for you co-operation!! Cheers Mel

Reception is open today until 1.00pm. Spin, Body Pump and Body Jam are running as normal but we have had to cancel Body Balance as Margie is poorly. If your driving to us take it easy :)
