Thank you everyone for your lovely messages about Dad. After another 999 call on Monday I just thought I'd let you know that he's ok and has had the all clear from the hospital today so he doesn't need to go back in for a long stay and he doesn't need surgery either. Although he's still black and blue he just needs lots of rest and is at home. Thankfully our few days of panic and worry are finally over and it's back to tricks as normal (well for me anyway). Superman needs to take it easy for the next 8 weeks! Time to catch up on orders me thinks, xxx

Unbelievably the hospital have sent Dad home today armed with a huge ski boot for his broken heel, a zimmer frame, a box of injections to self administer and a sack of other medication. He's black and blue from head to toe after his nasty fall but apparently he passed the physio mobility test and has broken land speed records for using a frame as a skateboard. So much for 2-3 months in hospital. There's no keeping this one still that's for sure! At least he has his new blanket which will hopefully keep him still for a while.

After a 12 hour stint in A&E with my Dad on Fri who's now in hospital for the long haul and family Birthday Celebrations yesterday, I am totally relishing in having some quiet 'Me time' this morning to recharge my batteries. You simply cannot beat a cuddly Merino Wool blanket and a pooch to keep you cosy and warm when the rain is pounding down outside. Happy lazy Sunday everyone!!! ☕️xx

I've been busy making baby blankets this week. I've loved hearing everyone's stories about the new additions to their families. A big thank you for choosing my Baby Blankets to gift to your little bundles of love. 💛

What do you lovelies think of my new colour sample board? (I might need some new Christmas card pegs come December). Oh well, I like it and it brightens up an empty space in the studio.
