The One Thai Massage
Description
Try a sublime massage in the heart of Manchester city centre. We offer an array of massage treatments for both men and women. Our speciality is traditional Thai massage, a type of deep tissue massage carried out through your clothes, which some people describe as being ‘more like a yoga session than a massage.’
Our Thai massages are carried out on handmade Thai massage beds for a really relaxing, authentic experience that you'll want to repeat.
We passionately believe that massage is for everyone, and our Manchester city centre location (just off Deansgate) makes us accessible to all – feel free to drop in at any time, ask us questions and book a treatment. We’re always happy to talk to you about the type of treatment that’s right for you.
One Thai is a contemporary massage centre with a modern, comfortable feel and an emphasis on providing a tailored massage experience. In addition to traditional Thai massage, we also offer a range of massage and holistic treatments:
• Swedish Massage
This is most people’s introduction to massage in the west – a relaxing massage that can be gentle yet very effective for tired, aching muscles. Great for stress relief.
• Deep Tissue Massage
A variation on Swedish massage, this treatment targets the deeper muscles, using strong pressure and intensive strokes to release deep-seated muscular stress.
• Aromatherapy Massage
A popular type of massage treatment which uses a blend of aromatic essential oils to calm, relax or rejuvenate you while massaging away any tension.
• Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage
We hold so much tension in our back, neck and shoulders; this massage is designed to un-knot those tense muscles and give you a short, targeted massage when you’re pushed for time.
• Indian Head Massage
A really popular type of scalp, neck and shoulder massage which is exceptionally good for relieving emotional stress and also recommended for those times when you need help with your concentration levels.
• Hot Stone Therapy
A blissfully relaxing type of massage which uses heated volcanic stones and warm oils to intensify the effects of a soothing, relaxing massage.
• Reflexology
A holistic therapy which involves massaging specific pressure points on your feet to rebalance and de-stress you.
We value our customers and want to provide them with a range of holistic health treatments that meets their needs – so please contact us with any ideas, suggestions and feedback.
