The course will follow the natural world as herbs grow and are harvested and used throughout the "herbalists' year" and each month will be vastly different as the seasons progress.. The course is a little bit late this year due to the cold spring - but will be starting on the 18th of Marchl at Cae Non, Pistyll, Nefyn. For all those who complain that the verges haven't been mown... for all those who complain that there are roads and verges at all... take a serious look at this article. I've noticed for years how many interesting wildflowers - including medicinals - grow besides paths, lanes, roads... even motorways. More should be done to protect this habitat!

And if you can't let go of the world's stresses and strains, you definitely need to come and see me to learn how the power of herbs can help you relax!
Yesterday I had the privilege of sitting under a lime tree for a few hours. The thing that makes this encounter special is that i was literally watching buds opening in front of my eyes - at lunchtime they were still closed up: by late afternoon, most were open as tiny leaves. A most enchanting way to spend a spring day. Lime flowers are a lovely soothing herb - they help with stress, anxiety and are specific for people who are prone to be tearful. They are also very good for the heart, opening the circulation and allowing blood to flow while helping the heart muscle beat more effectively. ...Good for both the emotional heart and the physical heart!
