A great testimonial for the 30 day healthy living..... So 7 pounds off and feeling amazing. Energy levels are up, skin is better than ever and eczema that made an appearance towards the end of last year is also gone again!!! I ate more than normal too (as I exercise so much I was having 3 meals and a shake normally instead of the recommended 2 shakes and 1 meal!) Only 1 cheat (which I had made peace with in advanced as it was my cousins hen do on sat and had paid for cocktail making and tasting way before I started the plan!) Weirest thing is the only thing i have really missed (and will be enjoying today) is a banana!!! Defo sticking with 80/20...and will not be re-introducing dairy (I'm sure thats is what triggers my eczema and makes me feel yuck!) Bring on the Vegas body!!! This room is packed full of people. Some have already started their home based business. Others are there because they can't go on the way they are and have a desire to do something different. They are taking guidance from people who are already successful, instead of those who want to derail them from their dreams. Great testimonial from Alice. 30 days of clean and lean completed. I have lost 16lbs in weight, have more energy and am sleeping loads better. I have reset me body not to be a sugar craving rollercoaster and will be continuing with the healthy eating habits I've picked up from now on. I have basically removed alcohol, dairy and gluten from my diet and and reduce refined carbohydrates. I have eaten 5 meals per day and have never felt deprive for hungry. I'd highly recommend 30 days of clean and lean to anyone.

Working until 80 🙈 I was dreading working until 60 - if you start full time work at, say 20, that's 40-60 years of your life working for someone else spending 8-10 hours per day making someone else's dreams come true. I'm forever grateful for being shown the road less travelled which means I'll be earning the 6 figures per year I have dreamed of by the time I am 50 and only working 10-15 hours per week, around 2 hours per day, (if you can call chatting over coffee and online shopping "work") 👍🏻🌍💚🌟🙌🏻😀
