Success with discoloured Grout restauration!

Heavily Soiled Terracotta Tiled Floor Brought Back To Life! This floor was hard work as it had 20 years worth of wax treatment, which had to be stripped from tiles and grout. Dirt was sealed in by adding several coats of wax each year causing the floors dull look. Fortunately our wax stripping and cleaning was a success. For Sealing we used a coat of Colour Enhancing Impregnating Sealer followed by 4 coats of Topical Sealer. With this sealing method we quaranteed the required look and protection for years to come. Customer was impressed with the result and stated that we saved her from ripping up the tiles and replacing them with something different. She also took our maintenance plan.

Dirty Slate Floor Deep Cleaned and Sealed in Bolton. Customer had a problem with white marks appearing on the floor and he couldn't do anything about them. Fortunately we got them cleaned and then sealed the floor with Topical Sealer to protect it and make everyday cleaning easier for our customer. This Slate floor had never looked so good, because it was never sealed properly, allowing dirt to get into tile pores and making the floor uncleanable with household cleaning products.

Excellent results archieved in Blackclough Farm with Wall Tiles Grout Restauration and Flagstone Floor Cleaning and Re-sealing. Needless to say Customer was very pleased with the result.

20 Bathrooms and Kitchens Refreshed in SNC Lavalin Rail & Transit Offices. We managed to save them lots of money and time by not needing to replace their Grout and Tiles. Also maintenance of the grout will be much easier in future, as after cleaning we treated all grout lines with special Epoxy Based Grout Colourant that rejuvenates and seals grout for years to come. People working in SNC Lavalin were extremely pleased as now their rooms have this new feeling again.

Yorkstone Slabs and Quarry Tiled floor restored from water damage and tens of years soil build-up in customers cellar in Manchester. Customer was very pleased and said she didn't expect a result that good!

We managed to get amazing result with this Beautiful but wrongly maintained Travertine floor. The problem was our customer had put on 10 years worth of floor polish/wax product which got reccommended to her by the tiler. Over the years all dirt had been sealed in between endless coats of wax which resulted in dull and uneven floor finish. Fortunately we managed to remove all wax and polish the floor up with our Diamond Burnishing Pads. For sealing we used qood quality Tile Doctor Colour Grow sealer which is impregnating sealer and enhances natural colours of tiles. Needless to say our customer was very happy with the result!
