A organisation dedicated to increasing awareness of cancer in young adults and children, supporting them before, during and after treatment by helping their wishes come true and promote activity days/weekends to promoting sport and exercise. We gift new sports equipment such as bikes, bats and balls and also arrange activity days to young people who have been affected by cancer. Exercise has been clinically proven in a number of studies to be a highly effective way to improve both physical and mental wellness for people surviving cancer. We are also aiming to provide a specialist Physiotherapy service to be able to provide the optimum opportunity for young adults and children with cancer to participate in such sport and exercise.
Mediacal experts have highlighted the importance of regular physical activity as it

- Improves the patients mental state of mind
- Reduces your risk of relapsing
- And also improve your overall chance of living a healthier Life

Please all give a huge well done to a old friend of mine who yesterday finished 6 months of gruelling chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment. We haven't seen each other for many years but look at that smile. You can't choose whether or not to have cancer but you can choose how to act to it and and this smile shows she's not going to let it beat her. We are not fully in the clear at the moment but it will give Karen a massive boost if you would all send some positive vibes her way. Thank you, Ryan ❤️

Evening all. Apologies for not being on here in many months. I've had some testing times over the last 12 months that had forced me to put Lease Of Life on the back burner why I focused on myself and getting me back to be able to supporting others. I've been taking time out and working on myself, I had hit a bad time and felt in a state depression. I'm glad to say I'm now fully back and ready to give all I can. For those that know me personally thank you for all your support since I was first diagnosed with stage 2 testicular cancer in 2012. It completely flipped my life up side down. For those that don't know me personally I'm going to be using this page to share just what life can be like being in remission of cancer in the hope to help and inspire others. People think cancer is something people get when they are old but I was told as a young 24 year old lad who should have been living his life to the full. Mentally it hit me hard and I never really came to terms how much it effected me. After some counselling, self reflecting, soul searching and eduction I've fully come to terms with what happened to me. Hope you all interact with me and we can create a small community of cancer fighters ❤️❤️❤️
