I am an experienced qualified financial adviser by trade and have recently concentrated my efforts on writing wills and trusts after identifying a very big shortfall in estate planning. This is an area of great need which should always be addressed as soon as possible.
The common concerns i face are 1. not wanting an estate to be taken for care fees. 2. Ensuring the estate goes to loved ones and not unwanted beneficiaries. 3. Making sure the children are well looked after and they cannot just 'blow' the money they inherit.
All of the above can be addressed with the correct planning
I offer face to face appointments from your home, and will always provide the best advice available to you. Generally solicitors will not offer advice and will only take your instructions.
My clients know me for providing the best advice possible whilst leaving it in their hands to make the key decisions, i provide the advice and it is entirely up to my customers whether they go with the recommendation.
