Hello my lovelies, ever since I started this Facebook page for my business I've been delighted to see the reviews from my customers and they have always been 5 star, thank you so much to everyone who has taken the time to post their review. Every time I get a review I get a notification to alert me that I have a new one. I am not complacent, I knew when I started this business that you have to take the good with the bad and I am always open to honest and justifiable feedback. Today while looking at my page I was really surprised and disappointed to see that there was one 3 star, 1 two star and one 1 star on my reviews. I'd had no notification and there was no indication of who had left them, neither was there any wording with these reviews that would indicate why three people were not completely satisfied with my service which would allow me to try and rectify their issue. I have no face to face negative feedback either so this is unexpected and making me suspicious. I've looked into this and according to the screen print below FB say that people have the option to privatize their review meaning that no one can see who left it. I feel that this is grossly unfair on all businesses not just mine and it would appear other people agree according to the FB answer responses. I'm sure everyone that knows me knows that I'm very approachable and would do everything to put matters right if there was an issue. I have worked extremely hard to build my business and reputation and I have never had a cross word with any of my customers as they know I will always see their point of view.
