Yep completely agree with mr wicks on this one. Stay off the sad step! It will not show how much body fat you are shifting, how much lean muscle you are building or how much healthier your heart and lungs are becoming. The best measures of your progress are how you feel; (fitter, healthier, stronger, more energetic) and How your clothes fit. 👍👍👍
