Just wanted to say it was a pleasure to have young Connor Beggs at the club this week, he trains with JKA Scotland and was here on holidays and came to train with us, he was a fantastic young lad - hope we didn’t send him away scarred for life - welcome back anytime and Gillian and I will see you in October

Saturdays class ! As Stephen said we would like to thank everyone who turned out to support the production crew @ the dojo yesterday. A subject that is close to many of our hearts! Martial arts and mental health and the positive effects martial arts have on mental health. We enjoyed on camera and behind scenes.
