Description
I have worked with many clients from Academy award winning actors, pop stars and TV presenters. I have developed my own training systems that work. I started off my career in the Armed forces. I served with Commando forces and worked and trained all over the world including the desert, Arctic and jungle. After leaving the forces I went into being a personal trainer in the entertainment business working in Hollywood, Sony studios and Pinewood studios here in London, training Academy award winning actors, stuntmen, Pop stars and TV presenters. Working in many arduous environments and getting to train such a diverse amount of clients I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience that can be passed on to my clients.
