Reflexology is a nurturing treatment which can be used as a preventative healthcare or just a relaxing therapy. I am a fully trained reflexologist and a Full member of The Association of Reflexologists.  I have been a long believer in how alternative therapy can be supportive both physically and emotionally and in my practise as a reflexologist I incorporate all my skills to work with clients in order to support them through times of stress and difficulty.  
The aim of reflexology is to bring the mind, body and spirit into a state of balance and harmony, it is a gentle holistic therapy that can be used to promote better health for anyone, from newborn babies to the elderly, including those receiving end of life care. Reflexology can work alongside conventional medical care to help improve the quality of life and bring comfort to those living with certain conditions such as:

Digestive disorders, including IBS
Stress related conditions including panic attacks and anxiety
Sleep disorders
Hormonal Imbalances, including PMS and Menopause
Joint pain/muscular aches and pains
Breathing disorders
Sinus problems

As Reflexology treats the whole person, not just the symptoms of illness, most people can benefit from the therapy.

I am also qualified in baby reflexology as well as being a fully trained infant massage therapist. I also have a Diploma in Counselling.

I mainly treat clients in the comfort of their own home and the current cost of a one hour treatment is £30.00.
