Young Sophia is coming into the end of her first block, she’s been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only does she listen well, take direction and continue to better herself but she also has the motivation to practice in her spare time. She takes what she learns in her sessions and puts it into her own home workout session as she strives to reach her goals. Vast improvements already from her first session till now, absolutely smashing it. Well done pal 👌🏽🥊

Massive well done to Jen on her second round of my last challenge, Jen has just completed her first 10 week block and the results are showing big time. When we first carried out the 1200 rep challenge a number of weeks ago she did extremely well and obtained silver status. However this time she blew it out the water by obtaining gold status with time to spare, what an improvement Jen very well done 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

One of my youngest PT clients Sophia smashed out a tough tough session with me on Friday, she then took her go on Bravehearts cardio wall to take the top spot on the leader board. Well done Sophia absolutely brilliant, not only do you listen well and work hard throughout your session but you have the focus and determination that saw you take top spot on the challenge. Finding the time to get to the gym can be hard, it’s not always so convenient. However that doesn’t mean we should write off our workout for the day, make do with what you’ve got and make the best out of it. I struggle to find time to get my own workouts in that are relevant to my personal goals but when I have a spare half hour I hook up the boy and head out on a quick run. Due to popular demand regarding bootcamp I’m offering up a new 6 week block. As with the previous bootcamps numbers will be limited, that being said there will be a minimum number required for it to run. The proposed new bootcamp would be scheduled to start next Monday, running Monday’s at 7:15am and Saturdays at 9:30am at MXP West larkhall. All participants will receive body measurements, guidance and coaching through exercise and calculated calorie requirements. As the new week began so did the fresh block of bootcamps, bootcamp is a great way to cut the cost of personal training yet still getting the benefit and coaching attention to perform and correct technique. As my bootcamps are capped in small numbers it is ideal for those looking to build exercise confidence, learn how to exercise and to achieve lasting results.
