Emma & Niamh both receiving their Speciality Coffee Association Barista Skills Foundation qualification courtesy of Clifton Coffee Roasters and Charlotte with her Level 2 Food Safety in Catering qualification. Going the extra mile to ensure your coffee and food meet the highest standards 🙂

Saturday Superstar required... We are looking for a cafe assistant to work 3.5 hours a week on a Saturday morning. There may be extra hours available during school holidays. Duties would include serving drinks to tables, clearing tables and processing washing up. You will need to be over 16 for this position, or at least approaching your 16th Birthday. A cupping session (think wine tasting for coffee) to kick off a training session at Clifton Coffee's Roastery today with our new recruits. Stand outs were a stunning Kenyan & Burundi which I'm sure will make it onto our guest coffee menu very soon...

What a fantastic start to 2018!! Beautiful blue skies, perfect for a winters walk to blow the cobwebs away (or recover from last nights excesses!) We headed to blustery Bantham today trying to locate the end of the rainbow, fitted in alongside a multitude of DIY tasks!
