Fitness classes suitable for all fitness levels. All classes are 30mins long, all the time you need to focus, work and get results!

My Story. I have uploaded these pictures before and they are displayed outside the Studio. I have helped and inspired a lot of women to change their lifestyle from sharing my story. It can be done, there is no quick fix. It takes time, dedication and willpower but trust me you learn to love the change in your body, your mind, your outlook, your whole life! I now have an advanced nutrition qualification but more than that I have been there, got through the struggles, bad days/weeks even months. So know exactly what you are going through. I am here to help, encourage, guide and advise
I won't just give you a plan and say 'Eat that you will lose weight' I want to help educate you 📔 for you to learn how to change the way you eat, the way you think about food, understand portion control, to know calories are king, protein is important, carbs or fat aren't bad! Every new client will get a plan with calories tailored to their goals, enough choice/flexibility so you can still eat the things you like occasionally.🍞🍕🥃🍭 A copy of my Studio 17 'food bible' which contains everything you need to know to follow the plan correctly and learn how to live your new lifestyle.
