A new home created last year from two derelict Scottish school buildings; in the picture you can see the new living room which connects the two old buildings by bridging the space with new oak trusses. On the right of the picture you can see the remnants of the old external stone gable wall of one of the original school buildings.

Something a little more intimate today for our new page fans. This time a whole house refurbishment and extension. We rotated the main circulation route through the house by 90 degrees and created open plan spaces off this to allow us to fully exploit the amazing views from the sites elevated position over the Kyles of Bute.

Today’s snippet for our new fans is a personal training and fitness centre we completed a few years back. Originally the space was an old, dark bar and restaurant, so a complete strip-out was undertaken. The whole space was then replanned and redesigned to allow natural light to penetrate as deep as possible into the building, alongside this we installed specialist sprung sports flooring, a fully designed gym space with custom metal fabrication and some fun graphics work.

This is another previous project for some of our new page fans. This time a very tight site which was already overdeveloped in terms of Planning Regulation, we managed to get our design through Planning approval and create this intimate family space.
