Kelty Club
Description
The Club provides member's free entertainment at weekend and caters for their private functions. We have also welcomed a new addition, 'The Klippies'. Kelty Club arose as a result of a number of local men from Kelty, Blairadam and Lassodie who, back in 1918 returned from the First World War and decided, through their efforts and cash, to form a Social Club.
Throughout the years in existence, the club has been, and still remains, a source of enjoyment to the members and their guests, and equally as important, a source of employment to a great number of local men and women.
Now, being the 'hub of the community' and rapidly approaching our Centenary, it is the Club's aim that we continue in this vein so that future generations can enjoy what we have previously done so before them.
