Tomorrow is last day for chocolate orders, then after that it'll be the usual bunfight for what I've made the previous night till we close next Saturday. So my mum's Christmas cake is in the shop now and I may be biased, but it's her best yet. Cinnamon buns on because I like them. Lastly, a big old double cream mashed potato and shredded beef with westray wife cheddar thing on today. Tootle pip. I'm off for a lie down

Morning, just a quick heads up that we will be shutting today at 3pm. Phil and Agnes are holding the fort whilst I'm at the annual Williams outing to "Swing into Christmas" at the Conservatoire in Glasgow. Tinsel is optional. J

It's now officially Winter so that's my excuse for making Cinnamon buns and newbie, Mountain melt. Toasted buttered croissant with pesto potatoes, ubracio and taleggio cheese with cliff's ham then grilled till hot and bubbling. Why, you're most welcome.
Late night tonight at 88 and this will be our last one for the year. Need to start focussing on the chocolate orders! Open right through till 8pm with last orders at 7.15. Usual menu on tonight with added addition of smoked Chipotle chilli on and sticky toffee pudding cakes Laters (as nobody over 12 ever says)

LATE NIGHT CHRISTMAS SHOPPING We will be open Wedneday night from 6pm till 9pm taking part in the ever popular annual Kirrie LATE night Christmas shopping event. Join us for a glass of mulled wine and some fabulous nibbles.
Catch us and lots of other amazing stallholders with gifts and food at the Scone Palace Christmas Fair in aid of Cancer Research. On tonight (Monday),from 4pm till 8 and then tomorrow from 10am.
