Great Event who’s up for this 💜💜💜

The Ipswich Jaffa Running Club are holding a 40 lap relay fun event at the Northgate running track on Monday 30th September starting at 7.00pm and have invited teams from other running clubs to take part. RCR will have two teams taking part in this event. Each team will consist of 3 men, 2 women and 1 junior. It will be up to each team to decide how the 40 laps will be run but each runner must complete a minimum of 4 laps. If you are interested in taking part please rushmererunners@outlook.com Places are limited so if we are oversubscribed we will be drawing names from a ‘hat’ to create our teams.

Amazing achievements from our RCR runners at the weekend. John Farthing, Ben Burrows, Keith Anderson, Keith Borrett and Glen Tunstall completed SVP last Saturday collectively running whopping 350k! Be very proud of yourselves guys.
