Pumpkin progress- as you can see it's difficult to find them under the thick canopy of leaves, but they've been enjoying the rain, some well over a foot across already, and there should be a fantastic variety to choose from this year, but there is a big variation in the maturity at the moment

It says "Finest English cherries" on the box. Having tasted them, I can't argue with that

The contractors cut barley and grass silage yesterday, not a bad crop, but if the weather stays like this most of it will be fed to the girls before winter
