Welcome to my micro-bakery specialising in handmade sweet treats and soon-to-be artisan bread.
I am a recent graduate from the School of Artisan Food and am passionate about great quality, locally sourced ingredients and using artisan techniques that demonstrate true care and attention in food.
The ultimate dream is to sell quality artisan goods in my local community and, currently, I am working on a product line and places to sell. Please like my page to keep up to date with any developments.

Celebrate the weekend this Saturday with fresh handmade doughnuts! We'll be selling these pillows of joy down at the Papermill between 12:00-16:00hrs at their Family Fun Day . Choose from the following flavours: - Vanilla custard topped with a flake - Homemade raspberry jam - Caramel popcorn - Chocolate orange Made using only the freshest ingredients and flour milled in Redbourn.
Need a couple of extra Christmas gifts? I'm going to be making jars of salted caramel sauce (130ml) and jars of raspberry jam (280ml). Both £3.75. Pictures to follow next week if there's enough interest, so just let me know! x

Now that it's Dec 1st, it's acceptable to fully think about Christmas (right?!). I've put together a range of handmade festive desserts designed to be the centrepiece of your table. Each one last up to 4 days. - Red velvet bombe with a white chocolate and cranberry centre, finished in chocolate orange ganache - Chocolate yule log filled with fresh raspberries and chocolate ganache and a drop of Ameretto - Salted caramel cheesecake Slots have been filling up fast (thanks everyone for your support!), so if you're thinking of ordering, please do so by Weds 7th Dec.
