Kerry Applin is a founding director of Chapplins in November 1996 and has been an estate agent for more years than he would care to remember. Kerry is responsible for the strategic growth and success of the business. Married with five children he is also IT director for team association and chairman of Denmead Operatic Society.
Steve Mullins
Steve has been the Director responsible for the sales activities at Chapplins since 2002. Working closely with Julie ann Ward, Steve ensures that our customers receive the very best of service at all times. Much of our success has been due to Steve's ability to diligently look after our clients over a prolonged period.
