Time2pass is owned by Neil Chegwin, a grade 6 driving instructor, who has spent his working life in the driving field: 26 years as an emergency medical technician and driver of accident and emergency ambulances, and a driving instructor with advanced driving certificates from the ambulance service for blue light driving, the institute of advanced motorists (IAM), the royal society for the prevention of accidents (RoSPA) and the driving instructors association, so is very experienced in dealing with all types of situations and also with very nervous people for all different reasons.

Pass Plus For You
We have a reputable high first time pass rate at Time 2 Pass but we also want to ensure safe driving a well a value for money, so we encourage you to take the PASS PLUS driving course with us after you pass your test:

This is a 6 hour course that covers a variety of further driving skills such as motorway and dual carriageway driving, rural roads, night driving and all weather driving. After you complete the pass plus course with one of our driving instructors, insurance companies may offer discounts on your driving insurance.
