A Fish and Chip Restaurant in Hastings Old Town, serving fresh, locally sourced fish. Wonderful views over the fishing beach We're right on the Fisherman's Beach - so you'll enjoy some spectacular views while you tuck in to our fish, direct from the market below us and our specials are straight off the boats with the morning catch - keeping a carbon footprint of less than 20 miles. You can’t get fresher than that!
Maggie’s is licensed too, so you can enjoy a glass of wine or a beer with your meal.
We are open six days a week, but it's advisable to call us ahead to reserve your table, and if you've got a special occasion, we welcome parties of up to 40 guests.

Maggies will be open on Easter Monday between 12.00 and 3.00
We are so so sorry but we had a power cut today and were unable to accommodate our second sitting . This is most unfortunate for both our customers and ourselves. We are working very hard to resolve this situation and should be open on Tuesday as usual. If this is not possible we will phone all those who have bookings. Thank you for your patience
We are recruiting!!! Maggie's is a very busy fish and chip cafe and we now require a part time fryer who could also wait on tables. Maggie's is a fun place to work where we enjoy giving our customers a great fish and chip experience. The applicant needs to be calm, capable and a good team player who thrives in a busy environment.
