💪🏼 WELL DONE JO 👰 Just wanted to say a massive well done to Jo for getting up that isle recently and hitting her personal goals! Jo is committed to the cause and always full of energy for our sessions! 24lbs down and looking FANTASTIC! Here’s what Jo had to say... ‘I signed up to Matt's group PT a year ago because I really wanted to get married in a mermaid style wedding dress, (and look ok in it) & I knew I'd keep putting off going to the gym if I was just doing it on my own. It was the best thing I've done. I lost weight & got loads fitter. It felt amazing to be able to comfortably get into THAT wedding dress, (not to mention having cheekbones for the first time in years!!). I train with an amazing bunch. We work hard but have a good laugh at the same time. Matt structures our sessions so we're not doing the same stuff all the time and checks on our training plans outside of the pt sessions to make sure we're on the right track to reach our goals. We get nutrition advice (for real life - not lettuce, ice cubes & rabbit food), regular weight & measurements taken, and daily support on pretty much anything. I definitely recommend signing up to anyone wanting support or needing a bit of motivation to get fitter’. Well done again Jo! 😁 #ProudPT

Stuck for a little snack? This full bag only 122 Cals! Ideal for a little sweet fix on a Saturday night. PRO TIP: Don’t be fooled by some popcorn companies though who print the calories PER SERVING on the front rather than per pack. When you reverse it you find out the bag has like 5x more calories 🙅🏼‍♀️ Brutal! Always be aware & always do the maths ✌🏼
