Charles Dickens have stores in Hartlepool, Spennymoor and Ferryhill We are a family run independent Hardware and DIY store with our main store as large as the big retailers, but are able to provide the one to one service and assistance to customers when it’s needed.
Our huge range of products we stock consists of tools and hardware to our huge paint & decorating area with our own in-house paint mixing machine (tinting over 30,000 colours). Anything and everything in the do-it-yourself industry is available under one roof, with free ample parking in our own private car park.
Currently we are expanding rapidly and have recently introduced a Click and Collect service on our website that enables customers to pickup products the following morning.
Also serving trade businesses and have our own specialist trade counter and trade accounts available.
