facebook.comThe countdown is on. Only 1 week until the fabulous Darren Busby is back at The Engine Shed. Loads of fab singing, heaps of dance dance dancing, giggles aplenty and hopefully a bit of Christmas bling. This is our last social for 2017 so let's make it a good one!
Wow where has this year gone. We are nearly at the end of November so that can only mean one thing it's December linedance social time at The Engine Shed. On Sunday 3 December we are thrilled to be welcoming Darren Busby back to sing for us. A big big favourite (do I say that about them all....ha ha) of us all. It is of course our last social of the year so a little christmas cheer in your chosen outfit for the evening would be very much appreciated. Christmas tunes a plenty!!!

£1629 is how much the charity MIND will benefit from after a FANTABIDOZEY evening of linedancing on Monday evening. The photo fairy has already been busy putting photo's on here for you all to enjoy and I think they are a fantastic reflection of the wonderful evening we had. Please feel free to tag you and your friends. So so many bright colours on display. We even got Chris Raddings out of his trade mark black. 2 wonderful sets from this man had the floor busy with dancers and such a variety of requests inbetween. Oh how we love Mr Raddings. A busy busy tombola kept my 2 good friends Hazel Holey and ,Elizabeth Garner occupied as well as manning the door and selling tickets for our "guess the name of the cowboy on the cake" competition. Susan (Penny Muir's sister) stepped in to help also. Dawn the cake you made was so unbelievably good. I hope the Harrogate MIND team enjoyed eating it today! Phil Collings our resident photographer provides us all with so many memories to keep forever. Les Jacques as ever quietly helping out with decorations, putting them up and staying to help take them down. Gita Renik thank you for the loan of your lights and Rob Woodcock and the Manhattan Snooker Club well just thank you. But of course the biggest thank you goes to all of the dancers and listeners who came along on the evening and helped us raise this truly magnificent amount of money for this wonderful charity. For the SIOUX TRIBE linedancers the fundraising will continue but for now well done everyone, I hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as I did and I hope you will be back to see us again soon. Don't forget to like this page to be kept up to date with what we are doing and if you want to be included in my email list just let me know. Just in case you haven't had enough dancing we will be at The Engine Shed in Wetherby on Sunday night for an evening of requests! Love 'n Hugs Chief Sioux x
