If you are simply looking for a one off technique workshop, advice on what to eat or a new workout regime that will deliver the results to meet your goals, I’m happy to help. No targets are met overnight, but I strive to motivate and educate each and every client towards success. My goal is to ensure your journey is a rewarding one. All abilty levels welcome.
For the more seasoned gym goers, as an experienced track and field coach and inter-county sprint athlete, I can offer a detailed and direct program to accomplish those strength and conditioning goals.
