I'm an independent Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant offering one to one help & support.
Appointments available either in the your home or my office. Cambridge Weight Plan offers a range of weight loss programmes (steps).
You can choose from a complete meal replacement option, these include options of soups, shakes, bar pastas and rice dishes.
or opt for a step that includes healthy eating alongside meal replacements.
We would work together, catching up weekly, taking weights and measurements.
There are no groups sessions that you need to sit through, no need to cheer on a strangers weight loss or be embarrassed about speaking in public, it is just you and I chatting, our meeting can be between 5 minutes to 30 minutes whatever you want on the day.
Mobile appointments available in Lanarkshire either at your home or another suitable venue.
Appointments are available 6 days a week, including early mornings, late evenings.
No joining fees or contracts.
1-2-1 support available during your journey and beyond.

This weeks Team Scotland superstar is Gill Rolfe from Perth & Kinross Gill is a single mum to 6 kids and she decided she wanted to embark on her weight loss journey for the sake of her them, she wanted to be healthy for them all and to be able to take them on days out. When Gill started plan her confidence was at its lowest point, she hated clothes shopping, she couldn't keep up with her kids and that was when she decided she wanted to be the mum her kids deserved. Gill is still on her journey, while she has lost over 10st in weight, she has gained control of her life in so many other ways. While the kids are on holiday Gill has refused to use that as an excuse to rest, she's not stopped taking them to the beach, days out at parks, long family walks (one of which was to climb Arthur's seat). She also loves being able to run around after her granddaughter. Gill says 'while I started on plan for my children, I want to finish my CWP journey for myself'. In Gills own words, while she still isn't 100% happy with what she sees when she looks in the mirror she is learning to love the image that's looking back at her.
