Blasting lower abs with Natalie! This exercise is challenging for the entire core, shoulders and triceps too. Part of a 30 minute minute intense session that Natalie does with me once a week. She does 1-2 sessions on her own and eats a good clean diet. Results have been awesome with huge strength and definition gains all over her body. Well done 💪

Julie doing a couple of upper body exercises in her PT yesterday. Julie's goal is to sculpt and define her arms, thighs, bum and abs. She will achieve this by lifting challenging weights and keeping her diet in check to maintain low body fat levels. We work togethet twice a week doing a full body focus with a mix of heavy free weights, body weight exercises and resistance machines. Julie puts 100% effort into her 45 minute sessions and has razor sharp focus on achieving her goals. Body confidence to wear a bikini will make all this hard work more than worth it!! 💪👙

Shout out to this girl who has lost 7lbs and 2 inches off her waist over the last 8 weeks. When you dont have a lot to lose it can be frustratingly slow to come off!! Lisa has done everything i asked of her with her diet and more. She does a consistent mix of heavy weights and heart pumping cardio intervals 4-5 times a week and gets her 10,000 steps every day. Hard work pays off!!! Looking fabulous 🙌👙xxx

Before you launch yourself into an elaborate plan to shed pounds ask yourself if it's something you would be happy to do forever? If the answer is no, the chances are you will never see long term results from such a plan. Lifestyle is key. Change habits one at a time rather than all at once. Small steps accumulate over time to create amazing transformations. You just need to be consistent and incredibly patient. Bear in mind that any 'tools' you use to help along the way (shakes, bars, supplements, vitamins) are playing only a very small supporting role in your results. Rely fundamentally on your own hard work, determination and willingness to make long term change. Your results will reflect your efforts 💪
Lisa hitting her PT session hard this morning. Today we did a mix of exercises in a 'push-pull' session. Lisa has really committed herself to her diet and overall training routine and the results are really starting to show!
