For years my squat was very poor, with terrible flexibility in both hips and shoulders. I have worked hard at my weak areas in the exercise and I'm over the moon with how my strength and overall ability to execute this exercise has improved. I can't stress enough the importance of technique when it comes to body composition changes and improvements!
