Firstly the class will be run in a purely traditional format from start to finish. I will have final say on who trains with us. Regular training will be mandatory. Annual memberships must be paid in due time. All training fees will be paid on time and disclaimers signed as necessary. Monthly workshops will be organised on a pro rata basis. Any remittance of any fees is the soul business of the recipient. Any former members whom have moved on and wish to return to training will have to start again from the beginning (no exceptions) I will do all the gradings and exams myself ably assisted by our instruction team when possible Master Gary and Master Julian. As a group we will not verify or endorse any other club, what they do is there business. If any of our associated members wish to pursue a fight career then they must train when possible with Kru Rab at Inferno gym. Anyone wishing seminars with us must have a guaranteed amount of numbers and remittance of fees agreed and paid in advance. A great wee session tonight, a run through of Mae Mai combined with Luk Mai and combinations there of with application of the same. A big thanks to my training partner tonight Anthony Dempsey.

Tonights class will be an hour of weights followed by Boran Mae Mai training.

On my way to the gym, a full and comprehensive class is planned, covering, Kon Muay, Cherng Muay, Duern Muay, Mae Mai, Luk Mai, conditioning and meditation.

Legs are like jelly after a traditional Muay Boran training session. I nearly fell down the stairs of the gym on my way out lol.
