Ana Clara Lingerie was borne out of my passion for perfection, style and glamour.   I’m so passionate about helping women look and feel fabulous, regardless of size, shape or age.  I’m on a mission to encourage women to embrace their shape and celebrate what they’ve got.
Too many women feel guilty about spending time and money on something that feels as frivolous and self-indulgent as hand-made lingerie – but the results speak for themselves.
Beauty is not about being a size 8, it’s about making the very best of what you’ve got.  Mass produced underwear is ok, but many women find it may fit around their back but the straps are too narrow, or the cup isn’t deep enough.  If you get the foundation garments right, it completely changes your silhouette, so you can wear a close fitting dress and get a lovely smooth line!
I was born and grew up in Argentina, and my father is Italian, so it’s fair to say my Latin roots can be seen in my work!  Argentinian women are renowned for their love of style and glamour.  After studying fashion in Buenos Aries, I discovered my passion for designing lingerie.   I love to make a woman feel special and beautiful, and not necessarily for anyone else, just for herself.  Women need to feel okay about spoiling themselves.  As a busy mum of 2, I totally understand that many women often just don’t have a moment to spend on themselves.  Sometimes the only time we really splash out on lingerie is our wedding day but I want women to feel that special everyday – you deserve it!

The Ana Clara Experience:

Having bespoke lingerie made starts with a conversation.  We sit down and talk about fabrics, colours and textures.  We look at samples of luxurious silks and satins and beautiful lace.  We browse the gorgeous design books and magazines I keep in my studio for inspiration.  I can make your lingerie to fit perfectly under a low cut gown, or design it to wear with a strapless dress – whatever you need, together we will create a design just for you.  I can even make lingerie from the same fabric if you are having a garment made for a special occasion.  Please also ask about nursing and post-surgery bras – getting the right fit for this kind of foundation garment makes a huge difference to how you feel and can be a real confidence booster.  
My studio has a discreet changing area so you will feel at ease when getting measured.  Your satisfaction and comfort is my priority.  You are more than welcome to bring a friend along if you like!  
Once I have your measurements I make a sample for you to try.  Only when you are happy with this will I make up your garment in your chosen fabrics.
Each item is lovingly handmade, with very particular attention to detail.  This means that depending on my workload, it can take around 4 weeks to create your special piece or pieces from initial consultation.  But if you have a special occasion and need something sooner then please do get in touch to discuss your requirements.
