A friendly, established sports & coaching facility in Farndon offering 1-2-1 coaching sessions and group circuit training with our experienced coaches.
We offer a no-contract membership package for only £30 per month including unlimited gym access. PHP Ltd is located in Farndon, just outside Newark. We are easily accessible and offer ample free parking.
We offer a NO CONTRACT Membership package for only £30 per month which includes unlimited gym use and classes, which include bootcamps and strength and conditioning. We offer some classes just for the ladies and just for gents too - so there's always something to suit you.
*Please note: 1:1 training sessions and boxfit classes incur additional charges
Our goal is to work with you to help you achieve your targets whether it be weight loss, weight gain, body composition or athletic performance.
We will cater for all of your needs and welcome everyone, no matter if you're new to exercise or a veteran gym-goer.
We guarantee supervision whilst you train and will have you hitting your goals in no time, through our friendly yet professional instructors.
We pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere, with no judgement and look forward to welcoming new clients to the PHP family.
