Some of our lovely fresh herbs in today. The fresh dill (Italian) has got me thinking recipe wise (I used to be a chef in my former days), that they would be fantastic in fish cakes. So why not try try Salmon Fishcakes with soused vegetables and dill beurre blanc sauce. Yummy!! 😋

Hi folks just to update we are resuming a normal delivery service, however as we do have quite a back log (and had a few issues getting stock in) we are delivering the majority of our Friday evening round on Saturday afternoon. If you don’t hear from us then your box if ordered will arrive tomorrow. If you do receive a message from us today, your order will come as normal this evening. Many thanks Scott

Morning folks, unfortunately due to the current weather, I have taken the decision to postpone all deliveries to Newark and further a field places until at least the weekend. Freezing day time temperatures are hampering getting about. We have managed (just) to keep some businesses/customers supplied, including high priority customers like the elderly. We will keep an eye on the weather in due course but I do hope safety comes first. I know this message may come as a disappointment. Once we resume deliveries we will work through a priority list of customers and get things back to normal ASAP! Best wishes Scott

Customer Notice: update on this mornings situation. We are now open after we got sorted out van wise. However, with the need for a mechanic to check over things first (safety is paramount) deliveries will remain postponed all day/evening. Collections are welcome. Unfortunately as I broke down on the way to the markets (closed at 8am) there are a few things we are missing but we do have most things produce wise. Please bear with us at this time.
