PARAFIT on tonight as usual. Arrive at 1850 for a 1900 start. Bring with you appropriate clothing and footwear, as well as a water bottle.
Morning all, time to Spring into action, launch into burpees like a flowering daffodil, launch yourself at the monkey bars like an overexcited squirrel after hibernation, and hopefully walking away from tonight like a newborn calf.... but even a great Aberdeen Angus Breeding Bull has small beginnings. Get yourself and your mates over to our gym for a truly unique training experience. As per most weeks, our PTIs prepare an ever changing, diverse, engaging program, that no establishment (you'd have to pay for) can offer. Arrive at 1750 for a 1800 start. Bring with you appropriate clothing and footwear, as well as a water bottle.

A new week, a new PARAFIT. Today we will be training to a similar style as on Valentine's Day, without the romance. Our PTI's have put together an endurance based pairs circuit, so as to provide some tight knit teamwork. The harder you work, the easier it is for your partner. Please arrive at 1850 for a 1900 start. For our newcomers, bring with you appropriate clothing and footwear as well as a bottle of water.

Solid effort this evening. Groups of 3-5 attacking 5 station circuit with 5 exercises on each. Some new faces getting to know our Log.
Looking for that romantic venue for Valentine's day? Why not treat that special someone to a gruelling circuit session? Tonight we have a special partnered circuit. We don't recommend champagne or oysters, but recommend you have eaten and taken on fluids before training
4th Battalion The Parachute Regiment - 4 PARA
This evening it is Edinburghs turn to host the "Be Fit & Healthy" event. After our usual circuits, there will be a healthy eating demo along with nutritional advice. Will those attending please bring with them appropriate clothing and footwear, as well as a water bottle. Arrive at 1850 for a 1900 start.
PARAFIT will also be running a mid week session on Thursday the 2nd of February in the Meadows (Edinburgh) from 12:15-13:00
