As of next week we will be rolling out our new Summer Menu! Meg has been thinking hard about what the children would enjoy for lunch and tea and has come up with some great ideas including BBQ chicken, pizza swirls and tuna fishcakes. She has also thought of some lovely puddings such as strawberry shortbread and lemon tart. Of course, all our food will contain the vital vegetables and fresh fruit needed for the children's 5 a day!

Next Friday 24th March is Red Nose Day! We will all be wearing red clothes and red noses so it would be great if you could join in too :) We will also be having a cake sale, some made by the children and some made by our lovely chef Meg, so please come and have a look and help us raise some money for charity.

Just a reminder that the photographer will be visiting us next Wednesday 15th March, please remember your best clothes. If you are not due to attend on Wednesday but would like your child's photo to be taken please pop in on Wednesday morning and we will ensure you get the opportunity. See you then

World Book Day 2017 On Thursday 2nd March Cuddles and Care will be taking part in World Book Day, why don't you get involved and dress up as your favourite story book character? Feel free to bring in a book to share as we will be reading lots throughout the day. Please make sure they are named :)

Dear All, We are running holiday club again from Monday 20th February until Friday 24th February for children aged 5 years to 10 years please contact us to book a place as places are limited. We will also be offering the Government funded places from September for children who are over 3 years old and who qualify for the 30 hours free funding but there will be limited spaces available, so if you are interested in finding out more please contact us.

We will be having Tempest photography coming into the setting three times throughout the next year so add these dates to your diary! - 15th March - photo's for all children - 14th June - photo's for preschool children who will be graduating - 27th September - photo's for all children We will remind you nearer the time to bring in spare clothes if you wish! Any questions, please direct them to a member of management :)

Please can everyone take a look at the toys that have been left here over the past few months. Unfortunately, we are unable to continue to keep collecting bits and pieces so if anything belongs to your child please collect it by the end of this week :)

Just to advise all parents that the lock on the back gate has been changed and that the pass code to get in has changed also. For safety reasons we cannot publish the new code on Facebook so please refer to an earlier email sent out to all parents. Also, for children that will be attending this Friday, we are having new flooring put down in the hallway so belongings will be in the preschool art room. All parents will have to access the nursery through the back gate and patio doors. We hope to cause minimal disruption. Thanks for your patience :)

Tapestry has been updated over the Christmas holidays so if you are accessing it through your computer you need to use a new link - www.tapestryjournal.com If you are accessing it through an app it should have automatically updated itself but please let us know if you are having issues with it :)

Yesterday we enjoyed a 2 hour play session at Gambados. All the children walked brilliantly into town alongside the pushchairs and staff members. They enjoyed spotting all the Christmas decorations on the way there! We had a lovely time playing and exploring everything, we made sure we had a break to rest our feet and had a snack of biscuits and juice. When it was time to leave we collected our coats and shoes and everybody helped each other. We had such a lovely time! If there were pictures taken of your child they will be uploaded onto their Tapestry journal in the next few weeks.
