Sunday - 10-4 Oh My Goodness! is an all vegan shop, but not just for vegans! We sell all sorts of general health food goods, cheese and milk alternatives, vegan chocolate, cereals, pasta, sauces etc etc as well as freshly made fresh food for yummy lunches or take out and delicious freshly baked cakes and treats! We also always have a large choice of salads and lots of gluten free options.

CAKE!! All freshly made this afternoon - as we sold out this morning! We have these marvellous Raw Snickers Delights - packed with nuts and seeds and sweetened only with dates - £2.50 per slice. Vego (chocolate hazelnut) gluten free blondies - at £2.75 per slice. Aaannnnd our much loved chunky cinnamon banana bread - £2.50 per chunk. We also have some pastries and other savoury food left too if you are quick!! All vegan - all totally yummy!
Today at Oh My Goodness! Eastbourne's largest selection of all vegan food! Giant Sarnies, with Italian style sausage, tomato relish & salad, on chilli and olive bread. Seed roasts, either mini or baked on a chunky portobello mushroom. Potato, cheese and onion puff pastries. Garlic & herb roasted root vegetable short crust pie. Polenta slices, with veggies & mozzarella. Speciality falafel. Sweet potato topped with hummus, falafel & salsa. Super salads, including baby potatoes with blue cheese dressing, red cabbage - beetroot - orange slaw, curried coconut cauliflower, zesty spiral courgette - and many more! And the cakes!! Double chocolate brownies. Spirulina & orange energy bars. Zesty lemon, coconut oat squares. Courgette & lime cake. Spiced apple cake. All delicious, lots of gluten free options and great prices! Open all week - including Sundays.

Today's lush cake creation - carrot and purple sweet potato. Delish! ❤️ We also have our much loved banana bread, double choc marshmallow gluten free brownies, raw salted caramel cashew cheese cake (also gluten free) and Steves famous giant choc chip cookies. All vegan - but not just for vegans!

Two of the yummy cakes I made for you lovely people today- courgette & lime cupcakes and apple & cinnamon cake. Also freshly made today - Nut roast portobello mushrooms with vegan Parmesan, Italian sausage & melty cheddar rolls, Sarnies, pies, salads, falafel, brownies, polenta and lots more! I will be making more raw cheesecake tomorrow too - as we have had so many requests since the last one! Come and visit us soon!
