Always wonderful to get positive feedback. This is what OT should be about - empowering families: Hi Ana, Thanks so much for everything! It's going really well. I've been so impressed with his kindness and generosity to [ ] recently and although he still does lose his temper, he seems so much more balanced and able to cope. It's a massive relief and I feel like I can really enjoy him again, instead of feeling constantly on edge: poised and ready for battle! I know it's a long road and there will be rough as well as smooth but I feel like we have tools now, and it's so comforting to know we can come back to you when we face a crisis!
