Bike shop, Mountain bike park, Cafe, Archery, Bushcraft, Outdoor Gym with regular fitness group meets, Children's birthday parties and 240 acres of beauty! Just south of East Grinstead in Sussex, Deers Leap Park has 240 acres of dedicated mountain bike tracks of every grade from family-friendlytrails to single track and north shore in the woods.
We are set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the site is agreat place to come for the day or just an hour or two.Our hire centre is also a fully stocked bike shop with Trek, GT and Saracen bikes as main brands - and a full repair workshop if you want to have your own bikeserviced or repaired.
Activities - As part of the region's largest outdoor activity supplier TrekCo,we can offer a fantastic range of activities from Deers Leap including birthday parties, family days out, company days and team building, or activity days for groups of friends. Just come for a ride - You can bring your own bike or hire ours from our fleet of Trek and GT hire bikes -we feature standard bikes which are well featured hardtails suited to the terrain, full suspension for a little more, or higher end test bikes.
Unfortunately we do not allow the use of child seats in the park due to safety reasons. We do hire out a 2 seater buggy for the little ones or Tag-a-Long trailers for the slightly older.
Deers Leap has a fully stocked bike shop and repair centre. Our shop features all the latest models from Trek and GT - including mountain bikes as well as hybrid/sporting/commuter bikes.
Bike Repairs and Servicing
At Deers Leap Bikes we are Official Trek, GT and Saracen Dealers, and have a full workshop and repair facility.
Opening hours
Summer hours (April - October): 10am - 8pm 7 days a week (shop open until 6pm).
Winter hours (November - March): 10am - 5pm. We're still open 7 days a week.
Bank Holidays
We're always open Bank Holidays, every school holiday and all weekends except for our Christmas closing period.

Today we have been playing with our ShockWiz. It’s a suspension tuning device that when connected to your forks via the air valve and paired with a free to download app tells you your chosen shocks state of tune. We attached it to Adams bike which was completely empty of air since he has been on a flight with it so it was a great test bed. We randomly pumped the forks up and rode for 10 minutes. This is what we were told by the app. We will ride again and post the results. Pics below show immediate issues. You can choose your riding styles, tyre pressures etc. It’s so clever. We will use this system for tuning suspension in house however we will be happy to hire it out for a small fee.

For Sale: Mondraker Factor 2017 reduced to just £1450. This is size large (19 inch). This is an ideal all mountain bike you can take anywhere in the UK and have a blast.
What lovely feedback!! I just wanted to thank you and Deer's Leap for the fab time my son had on Saturday. Ross was excellent and made sure that the boys had a fantastic ride, despite the weather! The staff were all very welcoming and helpful and it was great to be able to use the cafe area afterwards. I will certainly recommend Deer's Leap mountain bike parties to friends with kids.
