LEM Fitness. Laura McFadden. LEM Fitness will be offering fitness classes as well as one to one Personal Training Sessions from either a studio environment, your home or Gym. Getting fit can be lots of fun if your willing to put the effort in. Strive for progress, not perfection.Qualificagtions include Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, level 2 gym instructor, level 3 certificate in exercise referal, curcuit training instructor, outdoor activities instructor, spin instructor, nutrition for fitness, Zumba, Zumbatoning, Zumba Sentao and Zumbatomic instructor. More qualifications coming soon so watch this space. REP's registered and First aid trained.

Hi guys. Apologies I have been quite. Been away with my dancers to British street dance championships and my flight home last night so I’m stuck in Bristol. So slight change to tonight’s classes as follows 6:30-7:15 Kettlebells as normal 7:20-7:50 Metafit 8-9 Boogie Bounce I have had a lot of people message asking for Monday Boogie Bounce spaces but Mondays are full for at least the next 2 weeks. Thursday has space and Tuesdays family class has space this week but it has been close to full the last few weeks so get booking xxx

Mission clear the snow is on 💪 I’m meeting heather at the studio at around 2pm to clear the snow if anyone wants a free workout. Bring your own shovel lol. Xxx
I’m over the snow now. Want back to normal but think Mother Nature has other ideas. Hope to be back to normal by Monday ready to push hard 💪 xxx
