I have had a few requests for quotes on alterations. It is impossible to give quotes without actual sight of the gown to be altered. Much depends on how your gown is made what needs doing at your 1st fitting as you may change weight between the quote and your fitting how many layers what its made from if it has a top on or strapless if its lace beaded etc. All gowns are different. But on average gowns cost between £75-£120 maximum. Any changes to a gown adding a lace back shortening the train adding straps taking a top off adding belts etc which are changes to the design of your gown are charged extra. I do have a £45 minimum charge for alteration quote appointments on wedding gowns due to the fact I come to you for fittings and travel/travel time/fuel also has to be factored into your alteration package. I refund £25 on these if going ahead with alterations.

My opening hours for this coming year are Sunday to thursday 9.30 until 5pm. I am closed on Friday and Saturday. Sunday I am out fitting also all day Tuesday.
