The academy was born 19th October 2011 at Rossington Community Sports Village. Traditional ITF Tae Kwon Do classes that teaches the tenets of Tae Kwon Do Modesty, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit.
Classes involve such things as traditional blocks & stances, patterns, sparring - point stop & continuous, pad work, board breaking, fitness and FUN!

World Championships Update:- Day 4 Finals Day:- First up was Mr C in the ITF Patterns Mens Black Belts who came 3rd 🏅 behind two competitors from USA 🇺🇸. And then was invited to take part in a Special ITF Patterns competition getting another 3rd place 🏅behind a scottish ☔️ and Master from Norway 🇳🇴. Mr C was up yet again in Patterns in a ITF/WTF Invitational claiming Silver 🏅. Then it was turn for Maclaren to take on his Gold medal match against Ireland 🇮🇪 which in a close match losing out and getting a Silver 🏅in Light Continuous Kickboxing -40kg. To add to this he recieved a Silver 🏅 in the ITF Sparring Under 14's against a competitor from switzerland 🇨🇭. And a Bronze medal 🏅 for ITF Junior Patterns Open Belt Grade. Mr C was then back in action in ITF sparring first in the Under -78kg where he was due to take on an opponent from Sweden 🇸🇪 but withdrew to fight in the Light Continuous Kickboxing and Mr C was awarded a Gold 🏅. Mr C then volunteered to fight in the under -71kg gaining a Silver 🏅against Scotland ☔️. And then finally in ITF Sparring +78kg won Gold 🏅against spain 🇪🇸. As always we stepped into other categories to make the competition as competitiors had traveled far and wide to compete aswell as us. Gold 🏅🏅🏅🏅 Silver 🏅🏅🏅🏅 Bronze 🏅🏅🏅 11x Medals between two Competitors #WTKAEngland2016 #Italy #Carrara
World Championships update:- Day 3 Mr C in action in light continuous kickboxing sparring today, was up against a Ukraine 🇺🇦 fighter and a close match up but losing out in the 1st round. All focus now goes on Finals day where Maclaren fights for Gold 🏅against an Irish competitor 🍀 in Light Continuous Kickboxing. Aswell as Mr C fighting for Gold 🏅against a Swedish competitor 🇸🇪 in TKD sparring and also has TKD patterns finals to go. All ready in the bank is Maclaren's Gold's 🏅🏅in TKD patterns and TKD sparring.
