Based in the Highlands of Scotland we have sites in Dingwall, the Isle of Skye and Gairloch. On a daily basis the company deals directly with the fishermen, sourcing product from the West Coast of Scotland, Outer Hebrides and Orkney. We are proud to supply many of the top restaurants in the UK and Paris as well as supermarkets, wholesalers and independent fishmongers.
