Who loves snacking at night ? Imagine having a healthy, junk food alternative to snack on 😳 Protein Yogurt! All you need! 🔴Greek Yogurt (150g) 🔷ANY flavour protein powder (ONE SCOOP) 🔴Additional fruit (If your allowed ;) Mix the greek yogurt with one scoop of any protein of your choice. Personally I find fruit flavours are nicer! Then throw in a handful of fruit, usually berries taste nicer with fruity flavour protein. You can mix one table spoon of peanut/almond butter in for extra fats. Though I would recommend ONLY mixing the nut butters with the chocolate flavours lol. Could you imagine strawberry peanut butter 🤢 TIP - If you mix the protein and greek yogurt up you can throw it in the fridge for 1-2 hours and it will have a thicker consistency 🤗😋 #TEAMXTREME

Who wants bigger Triceps ? The tricep a muscle that arises from three heads:a: the large extensor muscle situated along the back..... AND we've lost you !!! All you care about is how to get these bad boys to GROW!!! Here are FOUR great Triceps exercises!!! Try each exercise for 3/4 sets with 8/12 reps ! 1. Skull Crushers This exercise doesn't necessarily isolate the lateral or long-triceps head more than other exercises. The arm position perpendicular to your body combines the activity of the two heads to catapult this movement to the top of the list. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CWC1hg_aoj8 2. Weighted Barbell Dip To focus your dips on the triceps, keep your body as vertical as possible—don't lean forward, which hits your chest—and keep those elbows tight to your sides. Think dips don't work for you? Take a look at any male gymnast; that's the definition of horseshoe triceps! START off body weight dips or with a light weight before throwing on the weight! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=411LWGNZSIA 3. Tricep dip Machine This compound exercise makes it especially easy to find a weight that targets your desired rep range. If you're training for strength, simply move the pin to a heavier load than if you're training for hypertrophy (8-12 reps). This move also makes it easy to do forced reps (with a partner), dropsets, or even rest-pause to boost your intensity. 4. Body Weight - CLOSE Grip Push-Up This bad boy essentially mirrors a close-grip bench: it's a horizontal pressing movement that can really torch your triceps. Traditional push-ups usually place the hands just outside of shoulder width with a decent amount of humerus flaring. By bringing your hands in and tucking your elbows, you'll actually exhibit higher patterns of muscle activity in both the triceps and the pecs.
