CANCELLATION POLICY We have a cancellation policy in place for any services that are 30 minutes or over. Less than 24hours notice requires a 20% charge of the original appointment. Less than 12hours notice requires the full payment of the original appointment. We are sorry to do this but we are so busy, also trying to run a cancellation list as we hate having to turn anyone away. So we hope you can understand why we've had to put the policy in place.
