facebook.comHad an absolutely fantastic weekend at the Horses Inside Out conference. I have listened to some great speakers, each experts in their own field. I've come away feeling quite enlightened, definitely got a few new ideas for my own practice! #horsesinsideout

Well I haven't posted many updates on here recently, as some of you my know, I have had a pretty busy summer. So now that the wedding is over and the honeymoon feels like an age ago, I'm fully back into the swing of things! I'm taking appointments throughout the week now, including weekends and evenings. I will travel up to a 50 mile radius around Derby, but am willing to travel further upon request. So if your horse has had a long summer of competing, is struggling with performance or you feel they would just benefit from a once over physio treatment just give me a ring! Shane.

Great to see this little star today for her Physio session. Brooke is now back to full fitness and popping a few jumps! 4 months after suffering a tear to her right biceps tendon. A combination of pain relief, massage, stretching and the correct exercises have seen her through her rehab, and of course some hard work from Nell her owner!

Just back from an unscheduled visit to one of my regulars, the lovely Molly. Molly has been going really well and is back jumping following a lengthy period on the sidelines with a back issue. She had a little fall whilst jumping on Saturday and landed on her nose and shoulder, so her caring owners called me immediately so that I could give her a once over. It's really great to get in there straight after something like this, so that I can treat any sore spots and tight muscles before they become a problem and the horse starts to compensate months down the line!
